The platform indexes information that is publicly accessible on the open web.
We respect website access rules
Crawlers honour robots.txt and avoid login-protected or restricted content.
Improve discoverability, not misrepresent
Profiles aim to make organisations easier to discover, not to make claims about them.
AI outputs are clearly labelled
Every AI-generated summary carries an 'AI-assisted' label so readers know its provenance.
Corrections welcome
Organisations can request corrections or removal of inaccurate information at any time.
AI-assisted summaries
Every AI-generated summary on the platform carries a clear "AI-assisted summary based on publicly available source information" label and a confidence score. AI summaries are convenience research artefacts; they are not certified or verified statements about any organisation.
POPIA-aware contact
Personal information submitted through contact, submission and correction forms is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to operate the knowledge library. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
Corrections & removal
If your organisation appears in the library and you believe information is inaccurate, outdated or should be removed, submit a request and the team will action it promptly.
